We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you have any complaints about the product or service you have received then please use the form provided to tell us about any reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will respond to any complaints within 24 hours.

You have the right to cancel this contract. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and previously nominated by you, acquire the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear written statement by email. You may if you wish, use the attached model cancellation form. This must be sent to us prior to the cancellation period expiring.

If you cancel this contract we will reimburse to you all payments received from you including the costs of delivery providing that; the goods are returned to us in a condition that allows their resale and in their original packaging.

Due to the weight and fragility of the goods, any return can only be made by courier. The costs of return must be met by the person returning the goods, NID accepts no responsibility for such costs.

14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied we will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, providing that the terms of clauses 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 have been met.
